REAL CHRISTIANITY

Real Christians want to know real Christianity, and it is getting much harder to find. In comparison to the radical sects of Islam there is hardly anyone in the churches today who has a good solid voice in truth.  There are plenty of those who are lead by radical leaders and who for some reason fall prey to ways and thought of men who are always bent on leading them into destruction; but few I find who can get the ear of anyone who is speaking the truth.

It has been rather refreshing to me to hear someone like Donald Trump who is not tied to any political group make the social elite nervous about the Good ole boys club that runs politics, but at the same time we have heard rhetoric before which seemed refreshing, but which ended in complete lies.  My question is aimed at this either being just another step in the prophecies of God's promise to show us the truth about the world, or is this a chance for the great silent Majority to finally be heard...and if we are heard will it change anything at all  in the corrupt state of life we now live in?

My point is that there are a large number of people who have been greatly disappointed in this world's concepts of fixing life.  There is rapidly coming a time when we can no longer fit in with the rest of this world simply because of the blatant differences between us and this world on what is right and wrong.  The longer I live the more I am finding that Salvation is a radical thing in my life.  It is a radical call that Christ has made to me personally that causes me to do radical things that make a real difference to those who live along side of me.  I often think of that as being what it means to be salty in Christ.  We are salty in our relationships with family, and in the ways we spend our money; and even in the ways we choose to spend our leisure time.

This whole life becomes much more than just the simple intellectual choice of God, and a correct doctrine to follow...it is encased in our moment to moment and day to day life in Christ as the Lord of our lives.  It does not give us a faulty image of self, but instead it shows us the only way of having life in eternity is to die to this world of sin. I pray that you will continue to take that journey with me as we pray together and live together in the name of Jesus  Christ our only Lord and Savior.  May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
