IT IS GETTING HARDER TO LIVE IN PEACE
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
The longer I observe the world around me through the eyes of scripture the more I see the likenesses of prophecy which Jesus spoke of coming true in today's society. I have heard some people whom I would otherwise think were firmly grounded in the faith get the concepts of the prophecies from Jesus mixed up with those of the end times destruction of Jerusalem spoken of in Revelations. Some of that is for the Nation of Jews, but much of it was meant for us to be aware of in our lives right now. We don't seem to give God the credit for knowing what He is saying to us and in Matthew 24: Jesus puts much of it together for us not only for what those Christians during His time would face, but also those who dare to live for Christ in this generation will face as well.
My dear ones I believe that we have only begun to feel the real presence of hate and evil as it begins to surface in this world. Although we may see the result in it's worst way throughout this world we have as yet not seen the effect of it actually taking complete power in this world as yet, but we came very close to it. That should have been a wake-up call to all who love God and keep His word, but I fear that it will only last for a short while. Unless we can grow some people who are strong enough and brave enough to combat this evil in our society we will soon fall to it and the sick demands it makes. We have seen the crumbling of sports leadership in our country to the powers that try to lead the industry of entertainment in the ANTI movements of respect ad loyalty to our country. The question is why are we allowing it to happen when all it really is to us is entertainment. Why do we put on pedestals those who only fight in pretend wars for their own glory or who create characters we wish we could be but know in our hearts never exist except for the sale of clothing crazes and to create a market for kid's toys?
When we can allow ourselves to stand alone long enough to get a sense of what reality is instead of a false fantasy of what the elite who are hiding behind the various cracks and crevices of our world really want. They scatter like cockroaches when the light of truth is shown on them. The real point of keeping peace in our lives is to stand up against the evil that is all around us. It is only those are willing to take positive action to expose the evil and lies that are forced upon us every day
.
We are all in need of a secure place to weather the storms that are coming. I cannot find a more safe place to be than in the arms of our Savior Jesus. It is time for us to return to God's arms and to seek His power within our lives. We can only do that by allowing Him to be in control of our lives. I am not looking for a full-on revival of this country until we can get to the point where we can once again stand up for truth, and I pray that we are beginning to awaken just a little more as we see these blatant developments and attitudes of of a godless environment. The scriptures tell us that although God does not want sin, He allows free will in choosing it over obedience to His word. If we insist in continuing in our sinful ways God will eventually give us over to what we have chosen. His arms are always open to receive His love, but the choice we make has it's own consequences to deal with. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
