STIRRING THE PEOPLE INTO ACTION
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
We have seen a great attempt lately to stir people into revolt and other actions that are meant to create chaos rather than bring people into a state of unity. When I look at that I am reminded of the reasons that started for people to be stirred up, and the big differences between the real persecution of people that caused it to happen, and the false attempts that are going on today to just stir up hate. On one hand we see a direct relationship of love and unity develop in those who have a forthright cause, and on the other hand we have people who are simply creating causes to loot and harm people so they can point a finger and cause dissension.
If we look at these different qualities in the way things are being done today we can easily see the real difference in causes for good and causes for evil. The first church went through many of these same things. They found that a real cause for love bound them together as a tight knit group, but there were always people coming in to change that cause into something less than what God had directed the church to be...we see the results of that today as well.
The church and it's command to witness to this world what God has done for each individual person involved with the church and with their relationship with God is a call for pure love and unity. We are to be of the same mind and heart as we take this journey together. The march that we are on is in our daily conviction to live out the Gospel of Christ, and that does not mean we tear holes in society so that we can control healing, but to create a security in the minds and hearts of those around us to trust in God. We are not called to riot, but to love. We do not loot , burn and steal, but forgive, love and heal the hate and distrust in this world.
I am stirred up today to give you truth about what is going on in this world....enough lies...enough hate! I know that this will bring on even more persecution from the world, but the world needs to be called on what it is doing as far as the disruption and hate groups are concerned. There is a real difference in stirring people up to create confusion and stirring people up to change something that is wrong and hurtful to others. We have seen and experienced what that kind of deceit brings, and we know that if it is allowed to continue and not dealt with it will destroy all of the good around it. I pray we do not let that happen. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
