VICTIM OR WARRIOR what part do you play

Greetings in the name of Jesus:

Warrior or victim.  Believe it or not that becomes a question that we all must answer sooner or later.
The fact remains that we have a choice to make in if we are either victim or warrior by what team we choose to play on spiritually.  It is funny how visually the enemy looks so powerful and mighty that we could never have a chance. The enemy of God wants for us to think in those terms and yet as big and ruthless as they may look we can't see the other team.  While Satan is showing us all that he has to fight with, he still cannot create more team members because he was not a creator, created himself.

We tend to forget that part of the equasion, and while we are in this state we come accross as small and weak doing battle with the enemy is not our created purpose as mankind, making a choice about choosing which team we want to be on is.  This world has been lying to us all along with a very careful deceit so that we would  only see one side of things physically, and temporarily.  It kind of reminds me of how some people treat children as they try to buy them off with gifts that may seem cool at the time and yet that never last for very long, and then parents who promise to love and protect if we obey their word.  It can feel like we are caught in a huge devirce settlement and we are somehow the prize.

Eventually we should understand that the parent who keeps their word to us is the one to trust, and yet the game seems to go on.  We are at a great disadvantage in this life because we don't have that long to make a decision; our life span has continued to get shorter all along to the point that we are bearly able to really understand the importance of what is really going on after we are already old in years here.  The anwser is of course to get all of the information out on the table before making that choice, and that is what the enemy does not want for us to do.  If we ever saw the whole picture we would always choose God, but since our choice is purely up to what we dare to find out for ourselves we can be manipulated very easily.  I hate to say this but as creatures we will almost always choose the easiest way first. Most of us do not want to work our way through a decision by looking at all of the facts first.  Many would rather wait to see what seems to be the most fun, the moost comfortable, and the choice that most of those around us are making.  I can tell you from past experience that the crowd mentallity is not the smartest or the best educated in making the best choices, and the enemy knows that too.  In most cases with the crowd all that has to be done is to turn one or two people that everyone else is following and the whole group will follow too.

God tells us to search and try His word to us. Look into the past and see what He has done for those who trust Him.  Do not be deceived for God will settle the score soon.  I want to see you on the winning team.  May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
