THE FOUNDATIONS OF OUR FAITH ARE THE FINAL WORD
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
I have tried to be as clear as possible about the basics of God's message to us as it was sent through the person of Jesus Christ. God only knows just how vital this message is; just how simple it is, and how much the enemy wants to warp it or destroy the power of this message to anyone who will come into contact with it. Quite frankly that has been the reason I have labored so to make sure that the original message and content of that message was given to you.
I know that most of you already know that not all of those who are proclaiming they are from God really is from God. In this age, we must be very careful to find the right people to listen to about God's word because we now live in a great age of deceit. We have a vast amount of information that is available to us and yet at the same time, there is an even greater amount of deceit that can be found among all of those books and material that is simply promoting the ideas of men, and not the truth of God. I have shared with you some of my own thoughts along the way as we have discussed this truth that you might consider as we discuss various possible things about life that are not declared within the word on way or another, but still I want for you to compare each thing we talk about for yourself with what God has said. We always need to go back to the same truth which is the word of God for the final answer to our questions. These foundational things that we have been sharing this week are directly from the message that God has sent to us as a love letter that was hand-delivered to us by Jesus Christ.word
In Christ's 3 year ministry He covered all that we need to know in that message to us about the new covenant that God has made with us. He also lived out the exact pattern that we need to live that New Covenant successfully; God's Son came to show us the way to be a successful child of God and honorable citizen in the Kingdom of Heaven. When the Father wrote that love letter to our souls He made sure it was easy to understand. The only thing that asked from us was to follow the plan that He had laid out for us, and not try to change it. It was much the same way He had dealt with Adam and Eve in the Garden; He said I give you all that you could ever want, just don't eat from the fruit of this tree, or you will surely die. Now it is appointed unto every man once to die, and then comes the judgment. He has given us another way to live for all eternity with Him through the Plan of Salvation, and yet He says again "Do not try to change what I have said, or try to make something different than it is" I am doing my best to make sure that we don't mess that up too!
It is time that we took God at His word and started to listen to His simple yet powerful plan to go through the Lordship of Jesus Christ His only begotten Son for our Salvation.
