RUNNING INTO GOD'S ARMS AS HIS CHILDREN

GREETINGS IN THE NAME OF JESUS:

Just like with any child as we grow we will surely test the boundaries that are set by our parents, and that is so true with Good as our Spiritual parent as well.  As we test God there should always be an understanding that God never changes in His love or in His commitment to us.  This testing is not unlike the testing that Paul went through in trying to determine God's word for his life.  Each time Paul dared to test God's word he found it to be true for his life.  Paul was already a believer after his experience on the road to Damascus. but still, he had many years of effort of both trial and error before he could say from his heart " I am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed to Him against that day". What that meant was that every time Paul tested God's word for his life he found it to always be true.  Paul believed so much that he was willing to exchange everything he had in this world for the promise that Jesus had made to him.

It has never been that God is not willing to show us the truth in His word, but that we have refused to trust Him enough to run into His arms.

Mark 10:13-16  shows that Jesus became indignant when people tried to keep the little children away from Him " Let the little children come tp me and do not hinder the3m, for the Kingdom of God, belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth anyone who will not receive the Kingdom of God like a little child will not enter it."  Then He took the children in His arms and He blessed them.

The testing that we do can only be done with an open heart to seek after the true living God within our lives.  It isn't for the purpose of trying to find out how much we can get away with but to earnestly  ASK, SEEK, AND KNOCK to find out what the real truth is.  I think for many of us we may have taken the initial steps, but we have not followed through by testing His word for our lives. that test you can also expect to be tested yourself to see just how serious you really are.  Somewhere in that process we often stop out of fear we are going to get in too deep, or that someone will notice us.  What we need to prepare for is the fact that God will never stop drawing us closer or deeper to Himself. He will never stop offering us a deeper understanding of the love that He has given us or a chance to go ever deeper with Him in Spirit.  May you richly bless God through your life in Him...
