PRAYER a Conduit to POWER
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
Jesus gave us the key to accessing God's amazing Spiritual power...and yet we are missing the link we need to plug into it. One of the first keys is in getting ourselves out of the way so that God work through us in bringing His message of salvation to those around us. Of course it start with prayer on our part, but continues in the change that is brought about by God's Spirit working in us first to make the changes that are necessary for God's Spirit to have complete control in our lives.
In that initial prayer time it isn't about God giving us what we need to do the job, but rather to take away from us anything that is blocking us from being humble and open enough to be used effectively.
I also think that we might be very surprised as to who the real prayer warriors are in our country today. There is a tremendous need for Christians of all walks to come together as one Body of Christ and start to act like the Children of God. We need to speak up when it comes to our country and our freedoms in Christ. We have not seen God's power in our lives because we have not asked for God's power...not in a way that gives God the control over how it is used. The Holy Spirit does not work through us at our demand; only for God's glory . When HUMBLE OURSELVES AND PRAY we will begin to see the results of that kind of connection to and with God once again. It is time to stop dividing ourselves from one another through various brands of church doctrines and come together and pray that God once again is given control over our land and our lives
This message has been very simple and relatively short, but I pray that we all come to the point that we realize what is at stake. It isn't just our will being done over others within our country, but our very freedom as Americans, and our very life with God's favor that is at stake. " What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul?" How is your prayer life today? It does not matter where you are in life or who it is that you think you are...it is time to fall on our knees and pray... May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
