EVERY KNEE WILL BOW

Greetings in the name of Jesus:

Peter made a huge confession about Jesus which God has been looking for from all of us. In Luke 9: 16-20  Jesus asked His disciples   " who do men say that I am?" and while the world around him gave Christ the answer that they had heard from other men's lips Peter gave Him the answer that He had so wanted to hear...it was Peter speaking from his heart to God's heart when he said " You are the Christ the Son of the living God".

It is up on that confession from the soul of men that Jesus bases His entire ministry to us today, and unless we can come to that conclusion within the deepest part of our heart and soul we will not be a part of the Kingdom.  It is a sad thing for me to think about all of those who are fooling themselves into thinking that the path to spending eternity with their creator is so simple as to be giving lip service to God.  I keep thinking about what Jesus did Himself go through to purchase the right to be our Savior.  God has always been a God of blood sacrifices, and the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross was no less than the most painful and bloodiest of sacrifices that anyone could have made.  I cannot imagine God accepting anything less than our all given to Him as  a sign of our commitment to Jesus in the purest sacrifice of faith, and belief.

I often think about the millions of people who have been converted to a brand of Christ in these various denominations today who do nothing effectively for Christ but to divide the body that Jesus established as the church to grow and teach with.  I think about all of these people who can't wait to argue a point of doctrine with someone who should be a brother or sister and in like minded fellowship with them; and just how they desire to only be with those who can accept a doctrine that they can agree with.  When I think of all of these various people occupying the same Heaven  I can see nothing but chaos and battle for all eternity...and I am sure that God sees the very same thing.

God has intended that we become transformed by the renewing of our mind and heart to become new creature who are Holy and acceptable to God through the power and the Spirit of Christ Jesus.  To me that means that it is we who must do the changing instead of trying to force our own thoughts and traditions upon God.  In that light there is the desperate need for us to become perfected spiritually in Christ to the point that when God views us He sees nothing but His Son standing in front of Him.  That Spiritual perfection will not come from mere lip service, but from a blood sacrifice on our part as a daily sacrificial death to self   by those who really mean business in their efforts to find their way to the Father through the Plan of Salvation brought about by the blood of Jesus for us.

Dear ones there is no other way than to give Jesus complete control of our heart.  We cannot be one with Jesus without becoming one with ourselves and those around us to profess the same Christ.  We must sacrifice ourselves for God within our heart in the same way that He has sacrificed His body for us.  We must be willing to die a death that is evident to this world that we no longer  play by the rules  that are dictated by nature or the physical aspects of this life; but instead we are only passing through this way as we learn more about how to follow Christ.  When God said "IF my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray; and turn from their wicked ways I will hear their cry and I will heal their land"   That starts with a big IF in it .  We are given the Chance to have a contract of adoption with God through the sacrifice that has been made for us to split the veil that has stood between us and God, but it is not and never will be without a price to be paid.   May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
