OUR WEDDING VOWS TO CHRIST

 Greetings in the name of Jesus:


          As we get ready for the new year 2019 there are some things that we need to keep clearly within our hearts and minds about the world that we are getting ready to experience.  I believe there are a few people who understand this within the church of today, but I fear that for the most part the Christian will be blindsided about when it happens.

FIRST: I don't think we have a clue what Jesus is about to do with His Church worldwide. We are starting to go through the same kinds of purging from the inside out that the first Church went through just before they began to receive the devastating persecution of the first and second centuries.
  God is starting to take out of the church people who have been riding the fence with regard to their personal commitment to Christ.  There is a whole list of these areas where God is beginning to purge from the church that we need to discuss before this year gets underway.  There are people, places and things that will be changing dramatically in this world as Christ prepares the church to take a stand in a very changing worldview.

SECOND: The enemy of God is pulling this world away from what has always before been a majority conscientious about what is good and what is evil. A line is being drawn in the minds of those who demand power and control of everything they can get their hands on to change the outlook and attitude of the general public changing good to evil and evil to good so that they can sin openly without any condemnation.  The world cannot do that as long as truth exists to convict them of sin.  The only way the world can do that is by stamping out all perception of good in this world and as Christ's disciples we are the first ones they want to get rid of.  Because of that need and desire on the part of the evil, we will see a great change this coming year in the way the church, in general, is represented by the world.  I can sense that many of the larger churches we have known will have a difficult time keeping their doors open when the general population of people starts to be bullied by the rules that will come down on them about the cost for them to continue  to be a part of worship, ie. taxes, and government red tape.

THIRD:   Just as we did in the beginning of the church we will see an increased number of small groups developing in communities around the world, and a definite need for ministry to change to accommodate this change.  All of this and so much more we need to discuss in the next few weeks because we are being called to take a stand and give an account for our faith in this age. we need to prepare to do so without hesitation.

  The Father is beginning to prepare us for the final days before He comes.  The prize will not go to the swiftest or the smartest; not the best looking or the most gifted, but to he who endures and finishes the course set before him.  In short, my dear one we are getting ready to be tested in ways that we never could have imagined.
