UNDERSTANDING THE NATURE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

Greeting in the name of Jesus :



  As we continue our discussion about the desires that God has to make continual contact with us through the power of His Spirit there are some things we need to realize about God's Spirit  Romans 8: 2 tells us that it is the very Spirit of God who has set us free of the  law of death because of sin.  It is His life from within us that has conquered that terrible natural separation between us and the Father.  John 16:13  It was the Holy Spirit that gave Christ as a man the power to lay down His life for mankind because of His love for us.  Hebrews 10:29 speaks of the guilt that we have as mankind even today who trampled that love underfoot and killed the Son of God that was sent to deliver the Good News to us  It was the Holy Spirit who made the declaration that Jesus was the Son of God by raising Him from the dead Romans 1:4.

  The Holy Spirit has a special function or role to play in our lives as well just like He did with Jesus
John 14:26 tells us of the great power that He would send through God's Holy Spirit as Jesus went back to Heaven because that power would come to each and every believer in His name. Our birth into Christ is in the baptism of the Holy Spirit into the family of God 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 tells us of that purpose within us is to lead us to the truth, and to shed light on the things we hear.  God's Spirit leads and teaches us as we grow in Christ to be able to discern lie from the truth.  God came to give us life and life more abundantly than we have ever before known

When we begin to see that truth through the eyes of God's Spirit the reality of Hells fire and torture becomes very clear to us.  The Holy Spirit is responsible for making us see the fire and the burning reality of hell in the future for anyone who does not seek after God.  My friends this is not a game that we play with God; it is a truth from God's Holy Spirit sent to teach us about the truth that awaits us either of His glory or of His judgment.  Can you see that either a fire burns in you or a fire burns for you?  I pray that you can feel the power of God's love burning in you right now to find God in your life and to do His will for your life.  Believe me I have seen the fire burn for people so much over the last few years, and I want to do all I can to warn them of the coming trouble.  I pray that some of you can use the information that I have been given through the power of His Spirit to help you to tell others about this fire.  May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
