FORGET ABOUT IT!
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
We can implant all kinds of thought and emotions into someones heart depending upon the words we use to create with. Our heart and our mind are both very easily manipulate by the things people say to us, but there is a safety valve built into us for such things; all we have to do is to uses it. God has created us with a will power to block out that which eats at us every day like a cancer. It is a part of the process of forgiving others, and it is called forgetting.
God has said since the very beginning of sending Jesus to save us from the power of sin that we should heal things between ourselves and someone else before we try to continue on with our lives, or even the work that we try to do in Christ...but we do not. After a while that begins to show in our lives and even though our intent may be to plant good seeds in others the crop that grows inside of our own lives may suffer tremendously from the garbage that we have collected from past hurts and pain that we have just refused to let go of. Being a writer in a way I have found that very often I can sort things out when I write down my thoughts about them...not for anyone else to see or hear, but simply for my own good in reasoning out things in my heart. After I do thaqt and allow God and me to deal with the issues I will physically tear up the sheet of paper and discard it in a show that I have forgotten the problem. Believe it or not the act of doing that does help us to remember that we should be doing that mentally and emotionally too.
For some people the same problem creeps right back in and so unfortunately it is a process that has to happen over end over again , and unless everyone follows God's complete act of forgiveness and forgetting others will usually keep bringing it up for you. All that really means is that you have to try harder to teach others how to do what God is teaching you to do...hopefully it will catch on sooner or later.
Mt dear ones there is no magic pill that will make your life easier to live in Christ...it is hard to do...probably the hardest thing that you will ever try to do in life, and yet as we get through each day we don't have to look back and remember the pain. We may understand more about the challenges in fact if we can forget the pain. I am praying for you and your today that you will find a victory in Jesus over the pain you have felt in life.
Strat by forgiving self fo not having all the answers, then go to God and unload it all;...but remember to leave it there so it can be cast from you as far as the East is from the West. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
