THERE ARE SO MANY QUESTIONS TODAY
Greetings in Jesus:
I can't tell you the times during the weeks while I am writing to you when I am confronted with questions that I cannot answer. In truth the number of things that come up science or some theory that boggles my mind makes me feel like the dumbest person who has ever lived sometimes.
Just the other day I came across a theory that claims proof that we are really living on a flat earth, and then proposed to explain why with great detail to the point where I had to question everything I have been taught about the basic principals of speed and gravity. My point is simply that the mind of men can and often do confuse us so much that we can no longer be effective in our thinking. I believe that is just one of the many tricks that the enemy of God will pull out of the hat to use against believers as well in the last days. We know that Jesus often told us to not allow ourselves to be deceived by these slight of hand tricks and cunningness of men. It feels in my spirit that the more things are being raised to confuse us the more we need to have a steady source of truth that we can hold on to.
I was privileged this last Sunday to attend a service where the minister brought everyone back to that simple truth of what Jesus has taught us. The truth is that God has already given us all there is that we need to have an answer for in this life. The more questions that are raised by this world and those within the mindset that is governed by the principalities and powers of this world the more I need desperately to hold on to what I have been able to really test within my life that has remained truthful. All that these theories and questions are designed to do is to make us doubt the truth that we have already accepted from the Father.
I really do want to urge you today to stop and think before you allow this world to feed thoughts into your mind that does not gell with the truth that you already know. We know that God has welcomed us to test the truth that He has given us against anything that this world has to offer by comparing one against the other. Whenever I come against something that I can't answer I compare it to God's word to see if it makes sense. If it still is a possibility then I will research it further, but if it takes me away from that foundation that has already been laid I cast it away from me. We are always going to have questions, and some of them will not be answered until I can see Him face to face. Keep yourselves in prayer, and may you richly bless God through your life in Him.
