DIGGING FROM THE INSIDE

Never before have we as Christians been put on the spot to produce quality answers to the questions that this world throws our way.  Basically I don't believe most of us are any where close to being able to give believable answers to the heart wrenching questions asked by those around us who want more than anything to believe in Christ, but who also believe that our walk and live is somehow a scam  just like the rest of this world has pulled on their lives.

  I cannot blame these people for not simply trusting in the words they hear from most of us when they see inconsistencies between what we say we believe and the ways we that we act that belief out in life.  This tells me that most of us have to begin to dig deeper within our own lives.I can feel an awakening of God's Spirit in many Christians today which is different than anything that I have felt before.  I am beginning to be awakened at night with the sense of God's Spirit being poured out upon those who so deeply love Him just as His word tells us it will be in the last days.  Along with that Spirit of Christ is  another spiritual opening.  It feels like a counter measure of evil within this world is also being unleashed, as it grows stronger also the stage is being set for that final confrontation between  evil and God's Kingdom in this world.  This is the age of knowledge in the manipulation of what has been created, but knowledge is not the same as wisdom ; only a cheap imitation of wisdom that will never withstand the test of the eternal flame of God's truth.

 The part that we each one play in this depends direct;y upon how honest we are willing to be with ourselves about our relationship with God, and what it is we really want from it.  If we feel we are not getting out of it what we should it is probably due to the fact that we have failed to put any real effort into it.  We must realize that there is more to the person we are than what is seen on just the outside.  I am sure that each one of us wants to believe there is more to us somehow on the inside that not even we are aware is there...God certainly knows this is true as well.  It can be painful when we begin to dig into our lives to find those as yet hidden qualities within us.  God knows exactly what we need for happiness in this life and yet we refuse to listen to what we need to do to achieve that for our lives.  There is no one who knows us better than He who has created us, and He along knows the best ways for us to be complete.  We very often leave things under the surface of our lives for various reasons. Sometimes we are in fear of being judged " NOT GOOD ENOUGH" by others around us; we may not think we can handle failure in the eyes of this world if we are not seen as the best.  That is why it is good to encourage someone who is just starting to test their abilities; but the world can easily use encouragement as a sign for some that they have achieved greatness without any merit what so ever., and that is why we need to be able to see the truth within us.

  How much have you really found out about yourself in the eyes of God?  Have you asked Him about that?  How deep are you willing to dig to find out who you were meant to be?  God can help you find these things out piece by piece if you let Him.  My friends there are riches within you that you can never imagine which are just waiting to be uncovered in discovering who you were really created to be, but we will never push ourselves enough to dig deeply enough to find them unless we have our Heavenly Father by our side.  Today is a good day to begin that journey; may you richly bless God through your life in Him.
