THE NEW ERA OF SPIRITUAL OPPRESSION
I send greetings in the name of Christ our Lord:
There is no doubt that there is a new era of spiritual change being brought about by the constant use of lies from our Government when dealing in terrorism. Our country has changed dramatically since the attacks of Americans on our own soil. The dynamics have changed since we have realized that we are now a part of the rest of this world that can and is hit by death in the same ways as all other parts of this world.
The enemy of this country is trying to take down the entire structure of our way of life which starts with our faith in God. It is the shriek of spiritual evil that is now beginning to show it's power throughout the world. People are already starting to turn away from in the crisis of hate and death because they cannot find the kind of truth that will sustain them. As we look through Acts 16 we will find the first church forging its way through a world that had never experienced what the love of Christ had meant. When someone went into a town or village they had to open up doors through the hearts of good people who had a heart for Goodness and for God even though they never knew God through Jesus Christ. Today our challenge is much the same, but we know where the force of evil is coming from, and we know that unlike in the beginning that force will do nothing but increase. This world is oblivious to the real purpose of evil to this life. Evil is not physically based in the ways this world has been taught. What we see happening around us is not physically based, and the attacks in this world are merely bi-products of a much more dangerous thing...a real spiritual war that is on-going, and has been since the beginning of time.
These Spiritual battle lines have long been drawn in the sand of time, and we are all being drawn into that conflict; like it or not. I am reminded how quickly the Soviet Union fell after we began to see cracks in its foundations, and we see those very same cracks appearing in the foundations of our own country now. It is not a matter of who is right or wrong physically, but who is willing to take a stand with God and allow Him to continue to be Lord of their life. My friends everything that we are going through deals with who we are spiritually...it is not a physical conflict; but a spiritual battle waged for your very soul. The oppression will continue no matter what we do because God has as much of a purpose in it as evil does to bring it about. God's purpose is to find out who among us is loyal to Him and evil is simply out of hate and desire to bring us down with them. Making that choice is our own job...we had better choose wisely. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
