A PRAYER

FATHER:

 The world around us is changing, and the hearts of people, in general, are starting to become apathetic toward their relationship with you in this country.  There are places in this world however where the few that remain with us in Christ are holding on to the truth that you give us through your Spirit.  Lord our whole purpose for this blog has always been to give your truth to those who seek after your will in their life, so I ask now that you would fill each soul who comes here with your full measure of love and desire to become one with us and with you.

  I ask that your Spirit would begin to take control completely of what we do here and that what we say and do would reflect your complete will and power just as it is seen in the Kingdom of Heaven. Father help us this year to be drawn ever closer together in your love by allowing us to somehow connect worldwide and establish the power of your love with one another through this place. Convict our hearts Father of your presence within this effort to send out your word in truth without error. I ask that you would begin this year to sanctify us and set us aside for your glory and your purpose in Christ Jesus, and allow us to be your witnesses among those who truly are seeing after you.

  Father, we know that when our hearts and spirits are joined together with yours that there is no power or principality that can stand against us.  We know that you are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords in all of creation, and we know that your promises to us are true.  I ask that you give us the things we need of this world to continue this work and keep your word flowing out to your people wherever they may be found.  I ask a very special blessing on all who come here to seek your will and face in their life. I pray that each one comes away with a blessing that refreshes them and causes them to be drawn closer to you. Give to all of us exactly what we need each day to fulfill the work that you have intended for us to do, and touch us with your grace and mercy as we strive to share your love and concern for everyone around us in your love.

 Lord, I feel the tug of your heart upon me more every day to the point that at times I no longer feel the same desires I have always lived within my human condition, and somehow I also know that we are all being called toward a transformation of our mind and heart to be able to see that we do not any longer belong to this world but we have begun that journey that will change us into new creatures who fit into your Kingdom.  Lord, I pray that somehow you can make us all aware of that change that you so desire in all of us so that we are no longer shackled to a dying world filled with sin and deceit, but that we can let go of the grip we have on this place to cling to the promises that you have given to those of us who dare to cling to you alone.  I ask that you will use me up in this effort to share your love with those whom you have sent here; let me hold nothing back from teaching and expressing your love and the truth of your word through me.  I pray that you will cause your light and love to be a beacon of light that shines through each person who comes here to read and be a part of this ministry and help us to be a faithful part of your family.  We love you Lord, and we pray this all in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior AMEN.
