CASTING A GIANT SHADOW
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
The word of God has long been the source of truth throughout the history of mankind therefore it should be no surprise that God sends with it a great source of power to change the lives of those who allow His Spirit to touch them through it.
It does not surprise me either that there is such a great attempt being made today to smother that truth by the world of people who want nothing to do with truth or honesty when they can cheat, lie and steal their way into power and prosperity according to the standards of this world. Those standards are however, only temporary and the truth will prevail over the lie now matter what happens. To quote a dear friend of mine "I have read the book and in the end God wins". We don't realize how very valuable having that knowledge is to us because on the inside we are just as exposed as a raw egg to the contamination of the sin of this world. Once we penetrate the shell of protection that God has given us in the truth of His word it takes no time at all for our insides to get scrambled with the lies of life as we know it here.
The thing is that it seems that all of the players know the truth except for mankind; at least untl we begin to seek out the truth for ourselves. All of the evil in this world knows the truth even though they try to destroy it. Satan and every demon knows the truth about God and about His Son Jesus. Every angel in Heaven knows the power of authority of God over all of creation and yet here we sit twisting in the wind of popular opinion as to whether or not the truth iss really the truth that we want to hear or not...IT REALLY DOES NOT MATTER TO GOD IF YOU BELIEVE THE TRUTH OR NOT! The fact will always remain that God speaks the truth for your life and for mine., and no matter how much debate there may be over its acceptance this will not change the quality or the character of truth being the only reality.
I have spent a great deal of my life in trying to find out what the truth is both about God and about this world, and what I have found is that God has never once been wrong about me or about my life while this world has done nothing but throw promises at me that were never realized unless I were willing to compromise by denying that truth. My question is then When are we gong to realize that there is no final compromise that can be made with the truth?
The word of God asks truthfully " WHO ARE YOU? and then it gives you the chance to choose who you want to be! The decision is yours completely and so are the consequences of that decision. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
