A REALIZATION OF GOD'S PLAN FOR US
In general the ministry we have been involved in over the past three years now has been profitable to the Lord, but I am noticing as well some who are still in desperate need to be pushed even further in Christ. There will always be people who need more care than others...there are people who are damaged goods on their own, but that does not mean we throw them away.
It becomes a matter of loving one another with a complete love in Christ. In many cases helping people to mend relationships that they have long fenced themselves off from. I find myself among those people who have built walls that need to be broken down. For all of us there is a place that we must come to that reflects the words found in Ecclesiastes 3: that tells us there is a time and a place for everything under Heaven. I am growing in my understanding that God also has a time and a place for everything to take place in this life, and we are seeing the end of His plan being played out in our life time.
Frankly I am having a difficult time in finding new things to say to you to increase your faith because we are all just marking time now...we are waiting for the next things to happen before He comes to judge this world. The one thing we must figure out is what we do while we wait on God? We have been working and studying on the needs we have to prioritize in our life. We have looked at the concepts of what God wants from us in the series "I am second", and now this year we have been looking closely at what Jesus established the church to be. There is one last very difficult lesson to teach this year before Christ returns to make His judgments known to this world...and that is in dealing with self, and our death to self will, and willful ignorance that we have adopted completely from this world.
The only solution then to all of this is to put into practice that which we have already given to you as a child of God. There is a point where all of the information has been given and the only thing left to do is to practice that which you already should know. There are times when as a church body if we continue to build on our own desires, and dictates we will become just as those were in Corinth when Paul had to write " In a time when you should be able to teach the word of God I find you are still in need of taking in the milk of the word" That can be a very discouraging thing as a teacher of the word of God. God does indeed have a plan for all of us that includes preparation for the days that are directly ahead of us called the TRIBULATION. I don't know in which camp you find yourself in be it POST or PRETRIBULATION people, but I can tell you that none of that matters... The question remains ...Are you ready? In the next blog I want to lay out some things that the Holy Spirit has given to me that may help you understand better these End Times .
