OUR PLAN OF SALVATION introduction

Greetings in Jesus:

Last week I started to get down to some basics about what it takes for us to understand the truth about what Jesus has really said to us about the testimony and witness we are to give to the world.  What we found is that we should be giving a realistic demonstration of what that kind of life and love is through showing it through how we deal with one another within the church instead of throwing it out into the world to be walked on by those who not only do not believe, but who will do anything to destroy it.

In many ways we can find an insincere repentance in someone who has never known God because they have grown up believing that faith and love are the same as other commodities in this world...they are things to be used by mankind.  While we know that is not the truth many others still have not learned that and will treat love, forgiveness and faith in God like an opportunity to gain things from others.  It is for that reason that we need to show people how God's love and commitment works in the lives of those who have given Him control instead of taking that love directly to someone who does not have a clue as to what to do with it.

For all of my life time I have heard that we should love as God loves without limitations to anyone around us, but we can still love without limitations and teach people what the gifts from God to us really mean.  We have a good number of people within the church today who still operate under the guidelines of protecting self before anyone else.  That basically means that become undependable friends in real times of need like the people that we find in Job 6:15-17.   The thing that those who still operate within the guidelines of this world do not understand is that we cannot fool God Job  13:9.

God speaks to us in the word of sincere and insincere rapport ( Conversation) Proverbs 27:6  He speaks to us of the religiousness of doing things to be seen of men without any real intent within our hearts to change as being hypocritical piety Isaiah 58:1-2.  we know how Jesus felt about hypocrisy as He dealt with the synagogues of His time.  Today we still have a problem much like that with those who refuse to let go of the rules and the ways of this world when dealing with one another.  We have people who through the manipulation of scripture as it shows in Matthew 4:1-11 lead others away from the truth by instructing  them that the only way to be happy is to control.  This week I want to take on a different subject...which deals with Our Personal Plan of Salvation.  Let's closely look at what we are doing to make sure that we fit into God's message of the Good News in what we do and say.  It's is my prayer that you will join with me this week as we study the word of God together...may you richly bless God through your life in Him.
