WE ARE LIVING JUST BEFORE ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE
I guess I can say that I no longer wonder if I will be alive when the Lord starts to bring about the end of time for the reign of man in this world. Everyday we are living in a time when what we see is impossible for us to believe.
I can honestly say that I never thought a few short years ago that I would ever see the destruction of a nation like America go down the road I have seen us travel. I am amazed to see how quickly the corruption of men has been allowed into the churches, and how the multitude of sin has escalated within the hearts of those who have once claimed to know Christ. Gay marriage, and the complete disregard for the Spirit of the law of God has within the short distance of a generation of people turned this nation from one which has honored God into the great Hoer of Babylon that the scripture speaks so much about in the end times. Each of these things according to God's word must come about as God begins to push His agenda forward toward the climax of time, and yet we stand somewhat shell shocked that it is all happening in our life time.
Like Israel we have only taken a few generations to move away from God's leadership and to make our own Golden Calf to worship of self deceit and control. Within our own minds we have allowed men and women who are ungodly to lead us into this destruction of what at one point I and many who stood beside me both killed and bled for preserving.
I stand with you still in the middle of the ruins of this once great nation and realize that we are still serving God's purpose in His plan for this world...it's just that I am no longer proud to be a part of it for we do not honor God as we once did; even though we still are being used to do His will. Like it or not the things that I have been telling you are things that God has set into play that must happen as He prepares for judgment, and when that judgment comes it will be both swift and final. We cannot stop this process no matter how hard we may pray to God because it has been preordained to happen...all we can and should be doing is praying "Come Lord Jesus". There are , however, a great many who not ready for these things to come to pass. For these people right now there is a great scramble going on to change God's mind by thinking they can delay the inevitable by some how quoting back to God the words" If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways I will heel their land"; but at its best that only will delay what we know is set to take place. Greater death and more suffering is not the answer, but preparing to meet our God is the answer.
We have been looking this year at the foundations of the church that Jesus established for us to grow Christians in. Even with the perfection of what Jesus has given us we can see how quickly the control of men in the church began to turn the perfection of God's Spirit into the wisdom and will of men for within a very short time as the Apostles were taken away through their sacrifices we have been stamping out fires started by the deceit and self centering's of men. This week we begin to write about some of these fires, and the divisions they have caused to take away the power of God's Spirit from His work in the church in less than 21 centuries...won't you join me? May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
