GOD'S PERSPECTIVE ABOUT YOU
It is time for us to quit focusing on us and start to think about God. This is hard to do when all of our life we have heard and felt that God is actually falling over His feet to serve us in some way because He loves us so much! The truth is that almost 98% of all humanity will not see the Kingdom Heaven because of their love affair with self .
We gloss over the creation of mankind through looking at God through kindly and fatherly eyes. We tend to think in terms of what can God do for me in this physical world without ever really considering what is the most important things in God's mind. Our concentration basically has lead us to the miracles that benefit us, or healing of our bodies so that we do not have discomfort, but my question to you is: How much have you sought the mind of Christ in your requests and prayers in life and how much has been spent on your own physical problems and desires in life?
In the Lords prayer we are quick to acknowledge the fact that the prayer that Jesus used should be a model for us to use in the subject matter and conversations we have with God, and yet so few times do we follow that guideline within our personal life. Among the first things that we should deal with is our hope and desire for His will to be done in this world as it is in Heaven yet every thing that we think and do revolves around our own desires and wants, and not God's
God has a purpose in everything that He does from the miracles that He has done to gain the attention of others to listen to the Good News to the current events that hreaten this world in ways we have never before known. I don't want to have to take the time to continue to convince you who are truly in Christ that what I say is true...the Spirit of God within you can confirm the truth of what I say much quicker than I could by digging each scripture up for you...you should know the truth by now when you hear it so I will not waste time with it right now. What you need to know and do something about is the perspective with which you are seeing this world, and the events that are taking place around you. God has a plan that has been made from the beginning of time as we have known it. In that plan is the completed plan of our salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord. The truth is that within that plan has always been and still is a purpose for everything that He has created. I need to give you a perspective of who you are that you may have never considered before this because of the ways we have all been taught down through the years. It is very important that you look at these perspectives through comparing them with scriptures from Christ, and not by using various church doctrines.
We live in an age when we must trust the power of God's Spirit living within us to show us the truth. We must use the tools that God has given us to know what is of the Spirit of Christ and what is a false spirit of this world. These are things that are all from the teachings of Christ, but which are not even on the radar for most churches today. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
