MAKE IT GOD SIMPLE

Jesus asked us to come to Him with the simple love and trust of a little child.  It is our heart that God is after...that is what He wants us to respond to Him with...not our reason.

One of the things that has been happening over the last few years now is that we have bought into the concept that we have to have all of the answers before we have value.  In most cases today people will say something even if it is wrong so that they seem to have formed some kind of answer to a question.  In truth those who study any subject are more prone today to use some form of guessing if they do not actually know the answer rather than to say they just don't know.  It has become a problem in many cases where the work place has had disasters happen from someone trying to have a good guess rather than waiting until they know the answer.  We simply refuse to not know what we are doing today...even if we truly don't know what we are doing.

The perspective we have in looking at a life that constantly changes clears up somewhat when our eyes are opened up to certain truths that never change.  These are absolute truths to our lives that have been tried over and again to be true for us, and while many times there are truths like this in our experiences they still change.  There is a man made truth that is subjected to the experiences we have or the circumstances we endure that can be changed when the circumstances change.  The kind of truth that is absolute truth does not ever change under any conditions; like what is temporary and what is eternal.  No matter how much something costs in this world unless it is eternal  in God's eyes it is really worthless.  I am not saying it has now temporary value here and now, but it is limited in it's worth to us.

Our perspective begins to change when we are exposed to real truth, and it is based upon the quality of that truth lasting in our life.  Many today have tried to sell truth as being an opinion that someone has had that others have followed, but that is not what real truth is.
Opinions may have elements of truth in them and yet opinions change very quickly based upon circumstances in this world...truth never changes.  The things that we may have been taught in this world about what is the most valuable may not be as valuable as we thought depending upon the real truth.  What is valuable then to you?  All we really need to do is to look inside of ourselves to find the real truth.  There are always things within us that line up directly with real truth.  These are things that time cannot strip away from us because they last, and we can count on them always.  These are the things that become very valuable to us in life so how well do they hook up with the other real truth that you have been exposed to?  If it is real truth they should line up pretty well.  I am still learning about how much this life can still teach me as I line it up with the real truth of God's word.  This truth is a lot more simple than people make it out to be today.  I pray that you will check out how simple the truth can be for your life...may you richly bless God through your life in Him.
