THE MESSAGE THAT GOD GIVES US INDIVIDUALLY
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
Until now we have been discussing our personal role in having a relationship with God the Father through Jesus. While it is true that we have as yet not discussed all of the things that God has requested of us as a believer, we should have a good idea by now of the basic information necessary to make a decision about God in our life.
In many ways what we have seen is the need to make a decision about our relationship with God who has done all that is needed to clear the way for us to take the next and most vital step; and that is to accept or to reject what He has given us to consider. God is not going to make it any easier for us than it is right now to make that decision. We were created the ways we are so that the most pure form of relationship can be had between us and God. I think we must understand that we were created by God spiritually first perhaps a long time before we ever were subjected to this life, and so the addition of our physical bodies to the mix comes somewhat the same as did the birth of Jesus into this world as a man. Having said that we must understand that this life that we now are experiencing has a single purpose to it, and that is to make this decision about our relationship with God. You see friends that we of thinking simplifies the process quite a bit by getting rid of all of the clutter that has formed around us about our purpose in this life. The rest of it all comes from us; all of the confusion and the distraction about a personal " Captain of our own ship " concept can be put to rest. The idea of our acceptance or our rejection of such information is my point here. We are here to make that decision about us and God. That decision is a one time offer which has been laid out on the table, and how many times it is offered to us to rejected by us can be debated but God has made it clear that our ultimate decision as to where we will spend the eternity of the life we have been given will be squarely on us. No amount of "The Devil made me do it" or " The dog ate my homework" will save us from it being our responsibility to choose both what we believe and how we obey that belief.

God has laid out on the table before us what His intent is for us. He has shared with us just how much He cares about the choice we make concerning our relationship with Him, and He has shown that He cares enough to sacrifice a major part of Himself just to show us what His intent of heart is toward us. Now it comes down toour response to what we know. God prefers us to be either HOT or COLD instead of LUKEWARM because God hates deceit above all other things. Unfortunately deceit is probably the biggest response that is given by most people because of the influence of the enemy of God
in this world.
When we get to the very simple point of discerning where the real truth can be found just like we would in our dealing with another person; who has lied to you the most? God or the world? Who has the most reason to deceive you God or Satan? Just with that basic knowledge it isn't too hard to make a choice as to who I would pick to trust. From this point forward we will be looking at what that decision will mean to our time here in this life. I want for you to be a part of these discussions because it can change your life here and now. It begins to be important how we respond to God as it also effects the relationships we will have with those we share this life with as well. We will begin with the church and it's relationship to us individually.. May you richly nless God through your life in Him.
