Continuing: God's purpose in us
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
I want to continue on with some different thoughts on purpose for us as mankind. Since I started with the thoughts on purpose there have been several subjects along bat line that have come to me that I probably should mention.
God created mankind to be a companion with him, and to have a relationship with him. That is why he created us in his own image. We were meant to rule with God over all of his creation. After Satan got involved and tried to spoil God's ultimate dream, he gave us a way that we could have the perfect relationship with him once again through the power of both will and love. Although sin has been a factor for us all along in our relationship with God, I don't believe that God views things the same way as we do. If Christ died to forgive all sin past, present, and future, and we know sin cannot be a factor in our being a part of his family; if we ask for forgiveness, why do we constantly struggle with sin being a part of what we constantly ask God to forgive in us before we can have a relationship with him?
It becomes the relationship area that our enemy does not want us to get to with the father, which is the point. We feel unworthy to have a decent relationship with God when we know we sin against him every day. God has forgiven us in a way to bypass the sin through the death burial and resurrection of Christ. All we as his children have to do now is to allow ourselves to have that relationship with him through the power of our own will to love him as he has loved us. The enemy would do anything to keep God and his beloved mankind apart. We already have the victory; we just have to claim it. Can we be ourselves and have that loving relationship with God? Can we answer that by asking do we do it with those we love every day of the week? I think the answer is yes we can, and if we seek God first above all things he will make a way for us.
The importance is not whether we are worthy or not to have God's love within us, but rather are we willing to be by the King of Kings? If we are then we must have the truth in that relationship, after all we were created to be loved by God above all other things. It is God who has given us grace and all things to be the people we are. It is he who raises up with us from our sleep. It is he who sits with us at the morning table with coffee and bread. We are not given the breath that we breathe without his grace, which is sufficient for all things.
We seldom realize just how God plays a part in our very existence each day that we live. We must begin to understand that all things we do are either done to his glory or to his rejection. Each day we live there must be time taken to come into touch with the Holy Spirit within our lives. That time isn't after the day has spoiled us, but before we face the grind of. There is space somewhere for our communication with him. In the shower in the morning preparations of the day we must make time to be filled with his presence.
In are coming in and going out we are to include his spirit in our lives, and if we do that we will find our lives more controlled, and filled with contentment than ever before. It is in all things through Christ who strengthens me that I have the power to overcome this day. With that overcoming by the power of the Holy Spirit I have victory over each day and whatever it may bring in my daily life. We can praise God for our breath in for RB. We can fill ourselves with the scent of his precious love and forgiveness each moment we live. In fact this is the true power of victory and the Holy Spirit. Let us therefore enter into a new state of mind together. In this let us allow ourselves that promise God has given us to become true in our lives and have a complete purpose in him. May you richly bless God through your life in him.
