BY NATURE
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
I am finding that by nature we are beginning to become divided with this world in such a way that the issues are no longer able to be compromised. There is without any doubt a nature that we take on from this world as well as a nature that we take on when we get serious about Jesus Christ as Lord of our lives. Those two distinct forms of living become separate at some point as we make decisions based upon our faith in God. Way too few have chosen to actually walk with God in any kind of truthful pattern that separates them from this world, and so we have a majority of people who are without any doubt deceived into thinking that they are a part of God's plan of salvation.
There are a huge number of people today within the confines of church life who have never made a serious decision about their faith in Christ. For that reason they continue to struggle with the daily things of this life as though they had never really found God. It is all because they have only found a reflection of God or a tradition within their lives, and not God at all. It reminds me of someone holding up a banner and yelling from across the street their intention of wanting to have a relationship with you, but never crossing over to actually met you and begin that relationship. If you were to have a close family dinner you would never think of inviting them to it because you do not know them. The same is true with us and God.
There will no doubt be many who have spent a life time going through the motions of church related activities who will be very disappointed on that day because they never really knew the one whom they were supposed to have loved so much as to give up a whole two hours of time once a week for...and that is only if they are not thinking about dinner in the oven or a football games that they may miss some kickoff time with on TV. It is indeed by nature that we are separated from this world because the world knows without any doubt who is really a part of God's Kingdom, and it avoids them with purpose, and intent. In truth we don't even have to be loud and obnoxious to have the world hate us...all we have to do is become like Jesus. The nature of this world will take care of the rest of it for us. I am wondering just how many of those who claim to know God really do know Him? In these last days before His return we will know those in Christ simply by the fruit they bear to those around them. There may not be any great fanfare or difference when you mearily look at them, but when you begin to study that life you will no doubt begin to see it naturally. You will both see and feel a difference in those who love God and are a part of His Kingdom from those who are pretending. I pray if you have not yet found God actively within your life that you would take the time to find out the nature of the problem before it is too late. If you have been living in a situation where you have not felt God's presence in your life the chances are it is not God's fault, but that you have still been living in the nature of this world.
Please know that unless a man be born again he will not enter into the Kingdom of God...those are Jesus own words. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
