WHO ARE YOU...REALLY?
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
When it comes down to the creation of mankind we go only so far in our quest to seek the truth, and I believe that in part is because we don't want the responsibility of knowing what our part is that must be played in this life is. To begin with in Genesis 1 29-30 we find that God has created us to be in His image When we begin to consider that act alone there are many things that begin to form in my mind. One such thought is Do we really know what God is like? We are created in the image of God who is three distinct persons within one. We know God in general terms, and about His creation of man in Genesis 1:27 or in Isaiah 45:12 but we don't really know all that much about God as a complete person which includes Christ and the Holy Spirit.
We know that Christ was also involved in our creation from John 1:3 and Colossians 1:16 and we find the Holy Spirits direct involvement in Job 33:4. The word tells us that after consultation by the Trinity Genesis 1:26 on the sixth day Genesis 1:31 we were created from the dust of the Earth upon this Earth Genesis 2:7; 4:32 and Job 20:4 ; 33:6. That is all about how we were created but it does not tell us why we were created in the ways we were.
For that information we need to take an even closer look at who God has intended for us to be. There must be a purpose for why we were created this way, and not in some other form. Let's start with why God has created in the first place. He wanted companionship, but even after His creation of life on this planet He still did not have fellowship which is what He wanted more than anything else.
I have often wondered what brought about God's trust and relationship with the Angels. God must have created their spiritual form as an experiment and a test run for an even greater creation to come, and we can see that progression as greater creations of angelic forms were created like that of the Arc Angels and Lucifer to govern over and give order to the by then millions of angels created and used as servants for various things. In fact things were going along very well; even to the point of daring to give Lucifer the most power of any Angel apart from Himself because he had been entrusted to guard the most precious thing to God at that time...His very throne.
With all that in mind I doubt that God would have ever needed us at all had Lucifer not done what he did in causing a rebellion against the authority of God in His very Kingdom. You see God was already taking the creation of us as His children to a new step when that all happened. You see we had already been created, but not completed. What I mean was that God had already created us in a spiritual sense. in fact we are known so well by God that the very hairs on our head are numbered according to Matthew 10:30. The fact is that we are the most important creation to God that exists, and He will not give up on us. The problem with Lucifer was that He gave him free will just as He gave us, but Lucifer showed God that free will cannot be trusted without it being vetted through reading the hearts intent. We now come to the reason for our creation as we are today. God wants the purest kind of love which can only be given from a gift of free will, and yet He cannot afford to release us into the Kingdom without knowledge of the perfect intent of our heart toward Him. God therefore had to make us in a physical form and limit that which He had created within us until such time as we were ready to receive it.
