Looking at the face of God

I give you greetings in the name of Jesus:

It may seem like we have been jumping around from subject to subject lately, but what talking about is all related to the ways we behave and learn, and God's intent heart for us to grow and become mature in Christ Acts 1:4-8 shows Jesus giving a commandment concerning the Trinity which is a unique description of these personalities with God. The father, the son, and Holy Spirit. If Jesus had stayed on earth it would have  limited the spread of the gospel. Physically he would have been in only one place at a time, but through the Holy Spirit he could be in each of us at the same time.

The Holy Spirit would be the comforter and the teacher after Christ returned to heaven he would guide us into the truth by reminding us of Jesus words and filling us with power to witness for God. John 14-16 tells of the Christian experience in that we cannot belong to Christ without his spirit being in us. In the book of Romans 8:9 the Scripture speaks of the absolute need of the Holy Spirit within our lives we cannot the United without the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:17 we cannot be adopted as God's children without the Holy Spirit, Romans 8:14-17, Galatians 4:6-7, and finally we cannot be in the body of Christ except by the baptism of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 12:13.

The Holy Spirit is the power of our new lives in Christ, and he is the author of our transformation as we become more like Christ Galatians 3:3, and Philippians 1:6. The Holy Spirit unites us as a Christian community Ephesians 2:19-22. The Holy Spirit can be experienced by all people and he can work through all people according to 1 Corinthians 12:12:11 and even Ephesians 4:4. Why it is we feel that we have to do everything in our Christian lives by ourselves, and without the Spirit of God directing us is beyond my imagination. God tells us in the book of Acts 2:17-21 "in the last days, God says: I will pour out my Spirit on all people your sons and daughters will prophesy your young men will see visions your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants both men and women I will pour out my spirit in those days and they will prophesy I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below. Blood and fire and billows and smoke. The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord, and everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Today this passage of Scripture is almost mirrored in our world. We see God's Spirit at work all around us, we see God's handiwork in the world around us through both great disruption and the healing of the land. In the book of Acts 2:25-28 the word tells us"I saw the Lord always before me because he is at my right hand I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices. My body also will live in hope because you you will not abandon me to the gray nor will I not let your holy one see decay. You have made known to me the pounds of life, you will fill me with your presence." It's a pretty open and shut case of God being in control before we can do anything. May you richly bless God through your life in him.
