WHY DOES THIS WORLD HATE TRUTH?

 Greetings in Jesus:
The world that we live in may seem tame at first...until you cross it by forcing the truth.

At first glance, you may think you could possibly pet this tiger thinking it looks dossel. Looks can be deceiving and we may not take into consideration the nature of the animal is that of a predator.

My point is that we often mistake the various looks of this world to be friendly or not threatening to us when all along there is a trap being set for the unsuspecting and if we allow ourselves to get pulled in too close we will no doubt pay a great price.

I believe we are in the middle of a time of great deceit by this world to draw us away from one single truth that has remained constant in life for over two thousand years now.  That truth is the life and the testimony of Jesus Christ as the Son of God. There are many who are saying that His life and ministry are no longer relevant in the world today but I have found that by simply comparing what I have gone through with the things written about Jesus and the testimony of those who have been truly touched by His life that the truth found it is undeniable.  I believe that when we force this world to face down the real truth is when we begin to see the true nature of this world start to show itself.  As long as we are willing to agree at least on the surface and let those who spout lies and craziness go unchecked with the truth we will get along fine, but when we call them to compare themselves to what we know is the reality the war automatically starts.

I have often wondered why someone would spend all of that time to disprove something that they say is a lie instead of comparing it to the opposition?  It is simply because the world knows what the truth is usually better than we do.  God's enemy is not like the small child who has grown up on the street and has no other way of making it in the world besides selling drugs to your sons and daughters at school.  The enemy is not the wayward child who got hooked into prostitution on the street corner but is a real and very fierce predator who is laying in wait for you to feel comfortable enough to dismiss what his nature is...which is to destroy you in whatever way he can.  Through the power of God's Spirit, I ask that you be very careful as you approach the various factions of this world in the ministry that you are called to do in Christ.  It is becoming more dangerous for Christians every day because we are not watching closely enough for the deceit.  May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
