SEEKING THE TRUTH
The peace that we seek to have is always found in finding the truth.
The unfortunate thing is that the truth cannot always be found in the amount of information we can gather. The more information acquired the more confusion will exist over the interpretation of what the information means, and there is no peace to be found there.
Wisdom and truth are I believe Spiritual things and must therefore be approached in a way that they can be absorbed by our soul and therefore become a part of our spiritual makeup. There are many who have grown very knowledgable but the study of information, and yet lack the wisdom to apply that knowledge to create wisdom. That type of education is hollow on the inside and is accep[table to being manipulated by pride. This brings a false sense of security but does not lead to peace.
We must be ever watchful in seeking knowledge to make sure that what we find is not mere information that can be used to confuse us, but that what we discover sheds even greater light on what we already know the truth to be. We will no doubt find that there is really nothing NEW under the sun, but only that which has been lost or discarded by those who have gone before us for reasons we cannot understand. What we now discover as new is only that which has been left undisturbed by the stirring of curiosity. Not until that information has been allowed to be touched by the wisdom of God's Spirit in the heart and soul of men will it turn into a pearl of useable wisdom that can change to the surface of our lives.
Seeking peace through knowledge has been the base cry of this world for as long as anyone can remember and yet through all of that time as we discover more about something we have tended to hide away anything that does not support full disclosure of truth. The word of God tells us that eventually, everything will come to a fullness of knowledge, and nothing will be hidden that is not revealed in the light of day. The manipulation of information has been going on because of the hearts of men and women who simply seek power over the masses of people. This too will be revealed at some point, and those who have been trying to hide the truth will find no peace themselves. It is time to seek the truth in all of the knowledge we gain from this age of information. While that truth may destroy a great number of false narratives that have been held by a few who seek recognition and separation from the masses it will also make that which we learn profitable for all of mankind. We cannot afford to fear the truth for the truth will reveal God at the center. Only through God; who is spiritual in nature will the truth be allowed to develop into wisdom. It is vital, therefore, that we seek the truth before we seek knowledge and that the knowledge we cling to is not merely a composition of information that is arranged and manipulated by men to show only a fraction of that truth, but the truth in its original state. Just as we are more than the sum of our many parts when we are put together we reveal the truth about who we are. It is the same with truth for when all of the knowledge is put together the truth exists only when all is revealed. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
