A point of light: our relationship together with the Holy Spirit

I send greetings in the name of Jesus through the power of his spirit to all who are willing to listen.

I want to continue with thoughts on our personal journey. Our personal journey in our collective journey with our soulmate or our friend once we find them needs to be centered in the power and the working of the Holy Spirit. I want to qualify what I've set up to this point about relationships, and about soulmates as well as friendships. The reason I dare to use the terms soulmate and relationship is because many times we do find friends who share a part of our inner core. This core can be a part of our true intent of part in life that draws people closer than brothers, or sisters and puts our relationship on a much deeper level. In order to have that relationship we must first be opened up to God and allowed to see the truth of who we are and then share that truth with another. Working with the power the Holy Spirit happens together as we experience together the truth of God's promise to us. There's something about the combination of two or more gathered in his name that God likes. He's told us where two or more are gathered in my name I will be there in their midst. He has told us that if we pray in that way believing and in his will for our lives he will grant that prayer.

I also think that people are constantly misusing the concept to try to get something from God that they don't need. I believe that the father concept of bringing us together is set up on the principle of his children finding one another not just as his children but as soulmates for each other as well so that we could complete the original idea that he had for us. If we center our relationship with one another inside the relationship that we each one have with God the father we will complete that all important circle for eternity. It will complete again the reason for which mankind was created before the originals. Our inheritance you see is not just for us as individuals but for us as soulmates with God as well and if we bring ourselves together with him in that way were not just inheriting God's kingdom but our soul mate here is well. It is impossible for us to know exactly what is in store for us in our transition from this physical life to that eternal spiritual life, but there are one or two things that are clear. One is that facing the unknown is somehow always easier when we have someone by our side whom we can completely trust, and another is that it is always the best idea to have a back up plan in effect when times get difficult. I can think of no better way to secure the future than by an alliance with the power the Holy Spirit in our lives. It does not take a traditional approach or a set of rules governed by men to reach God as two or three people are gathered. It takes all of our hearts committed together to the concepts that tell us God is our ultimate soulmate. He is our soulmate individually as well as with each other.

I want you to realize that God is calling us together for the purpose of unity. It is time that the church wakes up to the fact that the good news of Jesus Christ is all about God and not about us. Would you take the time with me to pray for a moment?

Father; take our spiritual hands right now as we link our hearts together and pray. Help us to realize how important it is for us to know you in order for us to know each other. We struggle so much in this life to find and hang on to the good things that you've given us here, but we fail because this world does not tell us the truth. Help us to recognize your voice within us help us to reach out and not to be afraid of the things that we cannot understand help us to concentrate only on the power of your love for us and on the commitment to that love that you have given us. We know that you will give us all of the best for our lives here if we would just trust you first. Thank you for your love. Thank you for being our soulmate in these difficult struggles we have with relationships. Now father left upper hearts and give us peace of mind these days about that which we must learn to wait for a louse to rest and knowledge that we are first and foremost your children for we ask this in the name Jesus Christ your son. Amen     may you richly bless God through your life in him.
