CONNECTING rejoining the race

Greetings in the name of Jesus:

It takes a while before our natural man can begin to understand what Jesus is saying to us in these parables.  Everything said connects with the other within our spirits to make a new creature start to emerge from us and we can take on a new life.  It all starts from our simply being willing to be exposed to the truth found within these parables.  The real message that is hidden within these parables is the key to unlocking the mysteries to our relationship with God which are hidden to the rest of this world.

Anything from the study of "light and Salt" to the "mote and the Beam" in these parables are connected to our personal response to Christ. The Matthew 6:25-34  parable on worry through "The birds of the air and the Lilies of the field" are a prime example of the way we as people in this world view anxiety.  Jesus simply has stated that our cares should no longer be the same as the cares of this world.  Jesus uses the term "Behold" in this parable...that means that He wants us to really stop and observe what is going on here with nature around us.  Jesus wants for us to learn from the parallel made and from the parable that is given to us concerning our own attitude about survival...and about who is really in charge.  Once again Jesus speaks to us of the value that we have in comparison to all of the creation that is around us.  Jesus refers to our value in comparison to the many Sparrows, and the fact that not one of them falls from the sky without the Father taking note of it.  That kind of management and control means that there is nothing that can happen in our lives that God cannot either change or deal with in some way to give glory to Him.  That becomes a big deal when He says to us that we are His crowning achievement in His creation. Our real worry should never be about sustaining this life around us because God will see to it that we have enough to sustain us; our real measure of need is that we maintain a continued relationship with God.

We bicker over how that is done from church to church, but in truth when we seek after God and after the truth about God He will continue to lead us into the light.  We need to far less concerned about who among us is right or wrong, and who among us is following the teachings that Christ did Himself give to us.  When we begin to compare the teachings of doctrine and creed with the simple truth that is taught by Christ we will son find where that separation is...and then it is up to us to correct our errors and fit into the true obedience to God's truth that is needed for us to fit into His Kingdom.  When we give ourselves to God we no longer have the right to an opinion or a vote in what is fair, but an obligation to fulfill His word in us.

My very life, direction and service are God's completely...there is no bartering or discussion to be made about what I want over what God has said that He wants from me. My very existence is due to Christ now living through me.  It is His power that animates my every movement, decision, and desire in this life.  In truth I am working on trying to give Christ my every thought and motive in what I do because I no longer want to live within this world...I want to be with Christ even now in Heaven, and the best way I can do that is my daily sacrifice of life to His cause and life within this body.  I am content in this choice because it means that I no longer have to worry about what I eat or drink, or what cloths I wear.  This means that I no longer have to try to do personal battle against this world because my personal sacrifice in life or in death is His to fight , and no longer mine to deal with.  Like Paul had said for me to live is Christ, and for me to die is gain.  May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
