Faithfulness
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
We might ask the question what is it that we know about faithfulness? It would seem that it is the one thing that all mankind has the most in common, at least it is true about the lack of faithfulness with each other and with the father who is our Creator.
In order for us to understand the idea of faithfulness we must first dissect the meaning of the word then look at it from the Spirit's point of view.Faithfulness means; keeping faith, loyalty, responsibility, being conscious and accurate, exact, complete trust and confidence in. It is very difficult for us as mankind to adhere to this kind of strict discipline with regard to relationships, and yet it seems to be the kind of relationship that God the father is looking for the most with us.In the book of Exodus 34:6 it says"and the Lord passed by before him and proclaimed, the Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abundant in goodness and truth. This describes the Lord to us through his own relationship behavior toward us". In the book of Psalms 92:1 the passage speaks of showing loving kindness in the morning and faithfulness in the evening.
The most important thing we can offer the father is ourselves. If we give him we are, then all of the good is his to do with as he pleases, and all of the bad is slowly washed out of our lives it has no place to dwell any longer.;We stand in all of who the Lord is and in his power in our lives. We fear him in a respectful way not in keeping of the law but in the need to feel his love in our lives. This desire to feel God leads us to do and say what is indeed pleasing in his sight, and it draws us closer to him as his children. Our lives depend on his favor to us, and our relationship to him depends on the respect we can show him in our lives. This is brought about by our faithfulness to our heavenly family, and to the father who heads it. The Scriptures tell us that the Lord's mercy is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him or in terms we have used today to respect him. The idea of being righteous in the sight of God becomes a matter of really becoming a true member of his family In all ways. How is your adoption going? I think that for many of us there is a great need to understand in a French way what it means to be faithful to one another, and in doing so together we can be even more faithful to our heavenly father. I pray that you will consider these words as we get into the fall and winter months of 2016. May you richly bless God through your life in him.
