Becoming vessels
Greetings in the name of Jesus:
We are all called to be vessels in this age; vessels which contain the word of God, and poured out into the world. We can look at the sky and we can predict a storm coming from the west of rain or snow or foul weather we can predict the wind from the south to give warmth and so on, but we cannot seem to see the signs of this time is constantly drawing a sneer to the end. It is said in Scripture found in the book of Luke 12:49 and throughout that chapter that we are looking at the very time that was predicted by Jesus. We can see socially that the father is divided against the sun, the mother against the daughter, husband divided against wife, and sibling against sibling. The age old craft of war is the method of divide and conquer that our enemy has used against us from the beginning of time.
We can see that his time of defeat is drawing near now and his reign is almost over in this world, but we also need to know that he will fight harder than ever before to take as many of us with him as he can. We must begin to look toward God's spirit to be our guide in these times of spiritual warfare. It is never too late as long as we live here to come to know Jesus. Our Lord is gracious to forgive us if only we would allow him to be a part of our lives. Do not grow faint in this trial, for this time is coming to pass before our eyes and we should be able to see his glory at work more so now than at any other time in history. There will soon be an outpouring of the Holy Spirit like nothing we have ever seen in the past. This outpouring will be even greater than it was in the days of the apostles, and we are to be the vessels of his favor to speak into the world for his glory. It is your time to prepare for the season. Lift up your hearts to God's spirit to let it be made known through out your world that he lives in you and you live in him. Jesus has told us not to fear this time for our life's sake for we are to be eternally his children. Do not be afraid to speak the truth that you know is in your heart. Lift up your face to the Lord and toward the holy face of God the father for he is life and breath and do you. This world will judge you by the standards of men's Williams but you shall know the complete truth and the complete forgiveness of his spirit from within your life. It is your time to be used assist vessel. Stand ready for the time is at hand.
Sometimes we feel it is impossible today for us to have what the Scriptures tell us is an unknown wavering faith, yet it is what we are called eventually to have to show this world, or at least to strive for. It is been said that the journey is as much a part of the experience as achieving the destination. In that light then it is important for us to realize that even though we have an almost impossible time in trying to achieve something that the father has set before us it may be more planned than we ever could think, and our striving to get to a certain place may well be more and exercise of faith than a goal for us to reach.
Just as in any race one must train in order to be capable of running in the competition, it is true that we may need to have exercises in our faith before we understand what it is to have true and complete faith. The father does not waste time or energy in his creation of mankind. He has purposes in all that he does with us. Even though we do not understand all the principles he uses to work with us we can be assured that he does understand them. These are exercises and lessons in this life that are but a very small area untouched by teachers today with regard to how the father works with his creation of our soul. These lessons and the time spent in learning may surprise us but know this; the father does put a lot more into our development than we realize. If we consider the words, which the father puts in to each person, we must also realize that the shaping and the molding of which makes an individual will take a long period of time. Who knows how long? Who knows and understands the ways that God has to work within us to create and complete a work that his begun? These are all things that we may never know when this lifetime. We are all given the chance to learn but because of our natural tendency is men and women many times we do not learn even the simplest lessons over a lifetime. At least it may seem that way. We cannot fathom the mind of God, and we have actually no hope of understanding God's mind outside the power of his spirit within our lives. Although we do not know truth always we hear it he does! It is by this power that we can waive the truth for what it is in our lives when we are confronted with these things apart from our salvation we must look at his word and it must be digested through his spirit in order for us to actually seek the truth of it what truth does lie out there for us to learn I don't know, but I can tell you that it will not be understood without God's power and spirit to seek out the truth from the false.
