Created for a purpose

Greetings in the name of Jesus:

Most people forget that God has created us for a reason. For the person walks around trying to find the reason for their life I have good news for you, we all have purpose. We have been created to have a relationship with God. Over the years I have heard many people asking the question why?

While the answer that comes back is straightforward; the answer being because God loves us, I don't believe it is something any of us are prepared to believe. We don't understand the reasons why God loves mankind. We don't look at the truth through God's eyes, only our own. That seems to be very childish are part. We don't see the reason behind why God has given us a chance to be redeemed from our sin. Most of all we don't see the greatest desire in God's heart is to have a meaningful relationship with us, and we don't seem to see that it is because just like any parents relationship with their child, God loves us no matter if we deserve it or not. No matter if we like it or not, God is our father.

Let's look at this in a different way... There is no relationship that we can have that is stronger than the relationship of a parent to their child. When it comes down to it I think we can all agree that the bond between a parent and the child is among the strongest that we can have on this earth. This kind of love has no boundaries. We see that love at work every day as a mother and father may endure a child's unfaithfulness to them or hurtful and disrespectful actions toward them. Even though the relationship may be damaged so much that a child refuses to love or acknowledge the parent. Still there love is so strong as to forgive the worst kinds of mistrust and hateful things. When we think about this kind of we also can see that it demands nothing for itself in return. This kind of and relationship also reaches well be on any and all boundaries to reclaim its own. I can't help but asking this question doesn't this sound familiar to you? It sounds like something that I might read in the Bible in 1 Corinthians 13.

If we want to be truthful about this the word of God is written to us as a love letter from God to us. While this book does not give us all of the details about God, the word of God kind of starts with us, and tells us about God's relationship with us. Since we are created in God's image we are pretty smart too so by study of God's word we have figured out a few things for ourselves, but God's word tells us who we are in God's eyes and not in our eyes. Since God's word is that way the truth about who we are to God remains a mystery to us until we allow God's Spirit to teach us. That's okay because we were specially created to be both flash and spirit. That makes mankind unlike any other of God's creation. We are made in flash to do well here in this place for a very important reason. That is a subject that I want to speak to you later about but we are also spirit and able to understand spiritual things with the help of God's Holy Spirit. To understand this we have to realize that we were created first in spirit before we were ever born into this world. That means we first had a relationship with God as his child before we were born into the flesh. We also need to understand that because we are born into the restrictions of this flash we now have limitations that we have to endure. God needs for us to learn a few things, and we also need to make some decisions because of our condition.

The things we are about to discuss are things that you already know, at least on some level. This flash is created to be temporary. It is the temporary part of we are created to be, and the flesh is the weakest part of we are. Our flesh is designed to be used as a tool for teaching us, for giving us the ability to choose, and effectively use our self-will in making that choice. We may know a little about that already but there is one more reason for our flesh in God's eyes and than one reason is so that God can find out the truth about how we feel about him by reading the intent of our hearts. I want to deal more with that subject in the next blog. Keep praying for God's spirit to revealed truths to you as we discussed these things. May you richly bless God through your life in him.
