THE RULES OF LIFE a closer look

GREETINGS IN THE NAME OF JESUS:

             RULES OF LIFE
It seems that we fight and kick against having any rules that we must obey, and for every one of us, there are many of these rules that we over-look.  I would like to take some time looking at over the next few blogs. I want to see how the Spirit can guide us into an understanding of these things we are taking for granted as being only physically bound. and how much they really relate to the spiritual parts of us as well.
 1. EVERYONE HAS A BODY. We may like it or we may hate it, but it is ours for the duration of our life.  It is interesting how we treat this place we actually live in.  We think of our bodies as just a part of who we are, and in a way that is right; but in another way is it really who we are or just a place we exist for right now?

We are born into this body, and we grow along with it to a certain point of maturity, and then our body starts to deteriorate and die along with the rest of the physical things around us while on the inside we seem to remain the same.  We often wonder why we have been put herein this condition. We seem to often question a purpose for what we are going through in this life and so we have to look outside of the bodies we have to find reasons for our condition.  It is often in times like this when we reach out to find a purpose for who we are that we come into contact with God. That brings me to the next rule

 2. WE WILL LEARN LESSONS.  Sooner or later we will begin to understand that who we are on the inside of the body we are given is here to learn lessons. This becomes a full-time informal school called life. Each day in this school we will have the opportunity to learn lessons.  Once again we may like the lessons or we may hate them and think they are irrelevant to what we need to know and stupid.  Since we are not in charge of what we need to know these lessons may not become valuable to us until we grow older in life.  This cannot help but make me think that these lessons are given to prepare us for something to come yet in our life that we are not aware of.  This leads to asking questions and studying to find answers to things we don't know and for many people that is just too much work.  Our physical system is set up to learn lessons that lead directly to an answer that we can control and use for good or bad; right or wrong, but no matter what it is we who are in control...but are we really in control when our bodies start to fall apart and change over time without our approval? No matter how much we try to put labels on things like good and bad by calling bad sin, and good a blessing they still remain only lessons that cannot be controlled by any of us.

 3. THERE ARE NO REAL MISTAKES.  Actually, there are only lessons because our growth in life is a process of trial and error. More than a pass or fail grade these lessons become more of experimentation. The failed experiment is often just as valuable as the one that succeeds because in all things there are more lessons to be learned. We are caught in a loop where a lesson is repeated until it is learned. It will be presented to us in different forms until we learn it, especially if we try to ignore the lesson.  We are never in control because when we learn a lesson we simply move on to the next lesson.  It almost seems like our security blanket is being slowly taken from us and things are being unveiled over time in the final days.  I have more to share about these RULES OF LIFE but I want you to begin to think about what I have written here for a moment. Doesn't it seem like someone else is in charge of you as you go through life?  God is real no matter if you want to acknowledge Him as Lord or not is a lesson perhaps you have yet not learned. May you richly bless God through your life in Him.
