POINT OF LIGHT OUR COMMON AILMENTS
Greetings in the name of Jesus
What I really mean by discussing our common ailments in Christ is what it is we really feel in the intent of our heart toward God is so loud to the father that he cannot hear what we say to him. Do we pray in order to get something from God? Or do we speak to the father with the truth of love from our hearts intent? Only we as individuals can answer that question.
We are called as children of God to live in dream and occupied this very temporary place just as would the children of the King of Kings should. Instead we stumble or the concepts of giving up the desires of this flash in order to gain complete understanding of the kingdom of heaven. We academically reason and understand the words but we have no concept of what we really are being asked to do even though we have consistently been given examples of it by God for us to follow. God does not ask us to give up our lives here in a physical way, but he is asking that we be willing to give up our lives in order to gain a piece of the kingdom while we are still living here. We have been told that we bring nothing into this world and that we can take nothing from it, but that is a lie as well. When we are given this lot we had the potential of bringing as much of the kingdom of God as we want to into this place with us, but from the first breath we are becoming influenced by Satan to believe otherwise. While Abraham was asked to sap sacrifice his own son for the glory of God; he was not required to go through with it physically, but he was required to do so in the intent of his heart so that God would know of his complete obedience as a child. We too are asked to be obedient in the intent of our hearts toward God's request in our lives. We may not sacrifice these things physically but we must become willing to do so if that is what God asks of us.
God tested Abraham by faith, belief and love for him that day. God often tests our own intent of hearts in the same way, and we have failed the test so often because we don't have the faith we should in the intent of our heart toward our heavenly father this world has causes to work from a negative capacity to commit our hearts intent to love God. How can the father love us or afford to trust us with the pieces of his kingdom here when we have not been truthful with even the smallest request to love him in pure faith in the intent of our hearts? If the tables were turned would you? This is why lip service to the father has no meaning without the full intent of our hearts behind it.
The father asks of us only the kind of love and commitment that he has continuously bestowed upon us each day of our lives. Abraham was asked to sacrifice his son, God did sacrifice his son for the sake of our love. He knows the intent of our hearts when we say the words"I love you"to, but now it is time for us to come to terms with the truth that is within us about those words to God in our lives. One will that intent the? In the final analysis what do you really mean when you say those words to God? The answer to the reason your prayers are answered in the way they are is tied up in the truth and the intent of your heart. In every aspect of our being we need some credible guidance when we see answers or truth in our lives. We are limited to time and space to do the and so we can't afford to make the wrong choices all of our lives, then hold that at the last second can stumble into the truth by chance. The only way we have of knowing truth is by looking closely at the lives of those who have showed truth to us.
The lure of this world is so great that we will follow it even though we know it is false. The idea that we could have an easy life without the toil and strain of earning it is probably the greatest lure of all. That is why so many people try it at least for a while until they get burnt by when we look for truth in this world we often find only temporary fixes. We need to continue to look for truth beyond what we see here. It has long been a ploy of Satan to trick mankind into taking shortcuts and doing things the fastest way so that we might be ahead of all others. One is that God's? Are we there first but are we more secure in our position? Look at the world around you and find the answer for your problems. Look at eternity and find the answer to your problems. One is our real goal? In the efforts to achieve those goals how do we go about it?
In the service I found two ways of being promoted. One was to do what the superiors told you to do and to follow the rules and wait for promotion, and the other was to earn the promotion on the field of battle. One is boring and the other is life-threatening not only to you but to those around you in either of these scenarios to cut corners or skip things because of an inconvenience usually caused either court-martial or death. There are some who understand it is dangerous to follow the enticements of Satan in this world as well. They are usually those who have been through many personal battles, yet by the Greece of God has survived and learned the value of knowing truth. There is no quick fix and allowing God to bring out the masterpiece that is hidden inside of us it takes courage and commitment on the part of every person who begins the journey toward finding a relationship with God in the lives. That relationship is different for each one of us because we are not made in a cookie cutter factory and neither is our relationships. The most important thing that our church today could teach the new Christian is that their journey and walk with God only begins when they confess him as Lord over their lives. It begins with the decision to let go and allow God to rule in our hearts, but it continues just as deeply as you will personally allow it to go. This relationship is then felt and grown in the cultivation rest of our lives here. I want to continue to speak to you through the power of the Holy Spirit, and through this point of light series study. May you richly bless God through your life in him.
