Point of light... The point of prayer
I send greetings to you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We have been challenged to pray for one another that the spirit within the body of believers we serve would be edified, built up and set aside in the unique workings of the Holy Spirit. The father has continued to draw us into prayer each and every day on your behalf, and I have felt a great deal of desperation and struggle within the body of Christ as I've continued to lift you up. We are gathered together in prayer in agreement as his children we are told we have great ability to unleash the power of God's Spirit in this place, and so it is no wonder that the enemy of God wishes to do all that he can to make us ineffective.
Often there is so little that we can do to help another overcome the physical stress that each of us to battle with. On several occasions I have been stopped in the middle of my day by God's spirit to pray not knowing what it is I should pray for; yet still I have been directed to continue to share the messages given to me on your behalf. Under the guidance and kinship we share the Holy Spirit I share with you what I can because I can do no less than the will of the father in this matter. I speak not to sway men to a way of thought but to a simple truth to the glory of the father, and that the Spirit might become manifest in the body of believers in the Sage. In prayer as in all things mankind is a willful creation regarding control of our life. They control however is wielded about like a child spinning in circles with a loaded gun in hand, but in prayer as in life they control we so desperately seek is an allusion that is fostered by the enemy of God causing us to think of ourselves as being more than we are. Our will does not extend beyond the matter of the choice that we make and whom we shall serve in and be on the sly. The intelligent man instinctively knows that the more he pretends to actually know the less he will understand, and the more that he understands the less you will realize that he knows. We are on a journey which is little more than temporary. We are thrust onward by the opportunity of choice in learning or ignoring lessons which are constantly laid before us, and that journey never stops. Because of the physical nature of mankind we struggle with choice because we are made both of physical nature of mankind and of spiritual nature a part of this is in both realms this physical realm is one which we have dealt with only for a time but the spiritual is eternally stretched out before us that physical part of us is by nature a part of this world and the same nature as this world it will eventually decay and die if we were able to live eternally must set our mind and our heart away from the temporary and attach ourselves to that which is eternal. It is not easy to do because we are made in part as physical creatures to live decay and in time die physically. It is set physical part of this that believes we are to we to live forever, and at the same time we by nature know there is something me on this temporary ally and that because of our will we can choose to live for God, but to make that choice becomes reality in this life we must make that choice by taking it a step further. We must give that choice that we have made significance by sealing our hearts intent permanently into the hands of God
Once we do all that we will begin to see the results of change in our lives from one realm to another. We will see and feel this world slowly fall away at her feet while the kingdom of heaven becomes a more powerful in our consciousness. We know that we cannot see both the kingdom of heaven and this world's kingdom at the same time. We cannot hold to both and have either one. If our antenna part is in this world while we strive toward the kingdom of God we will be miserable in our life here and we will not find our place centered in the spirit of God. If we seek first the kingdom of God but hold back a part of our hearts intent toward this world we shall not receive that which we seeking God and be miserable again these physical and spiritual kingdoms are separated and we cannot be a part of the. The more I studied the more I realize spiritual nature of mankind is not created to be a part of this world, but is created to be with God. We cannot effectively fit our spiritual life into the relevance of this world, nor this world into the relevance of our spiritual kingdom of God, that is why we must choose between them. Although we were created to benefit both ways one is eternal and everlasting while the other is temporary and decaying. The choice is ours along. The Holy Spirit has caused me to realize more than ever that we as mankind have a great role to play in the process just by the choices we make based upon the experiences that we have while we live this life. That's why each one of us has varying degrees of relationship with God because of the way we learn from these experiences tend me choice based upon that experience. We are each one given a mandate that we cannot ignore; that is that we must choose between these two kingdoms that we have the potential to live in. We are literally asked to exchange our desire for membership in one for the permanence of the other, and the live then as though we are nomads in a foreign land until we are called to our eternal home If we choose the spiritual we can no longer clean to the physical. If we seek the physical we cannot hope to attain the spiritual. It boils down to where we choose to be in the intent of our hearts. Many try to choose to express themselves to be spiritual and yet live in this physical trying to to rank their spiritual experience by through the physical world. It cannot be done. For those who try God is already developed a term called"the double minded man"for those who try to live for God clean to this world as well are doomed to fail in both realms. These people cannot be happy in the physical world because they are spiritually troubled and they cannot achieve their goals in the spiritual because they've not committed themselves completely to the kingdom of God. The father will not honor such a life. Remember that our entire created purpose is to be in God's presence, loving and communicating with him. We cannot hope to do both at the same time, and we cannot flip-flop back and forth from one to the other adults went. There are two areas that will help us to understand how we begin to reach out to God with purpose and integrity. They are found in two words, relevance, and significance, in our relationship with God I will discuss those in the next series of teachings.May you richly bless God through your life in him.
