EVER NOTICE HOW LITTLE PEOPLE CAN THINK?

     I have noticed how much more difficult it is today to find people that have common ground, and who can agree on things.  I know when I grew up I had a sense of an absolute truth that ran throughout the world I was a part of. Now that I think about that truth I find that much of the real raw lies that were a part of this world were still being hidden from us.  I remember that is one of the things that made the sixties so volatile was the fact that the people were no longer taking the word of authority figures as being the "truth, or what was best for us" the way it had been for the generation before.

 The fact remains that evil was a part of that age just as much as it is now except for it is being pushed forward and forced into our lives like some kind of invasion into even the most private parts of our lives.  That awareness is in part good because we know where to look for evil, but it is being packaged and sold as an answer for the mass of people who have no answer at this time, and that is bad. When people buy into that deceit and lie they are turned bitter toward peace and love from others which is what is creating the gap between Left and Right in today's social structure. In America, that gap is really shown because of privilege and not so much an idea of freedom.  For the most part, we have gone without the threat of knowing what real communism is to the point that it sounds almost like a good idea until it is put into practical use.  You see for it to work the government must be perfect, but since the Government is always run by people it can never be without greed, envy, hate or lust, and it especially cannot run well without the concept of the golden rule. Socialism is designed to have only a very few really have an advantage over the many with " HAVES, AND HAVE NOTS".  It all eventually falls into the Kings, and Queens of society and the worker bees, and the young people of today have never experienced that.

  I believe that I can honestly say that is why so many have gotten caught up in the Leftist movements of the Democratic party, and have such off the wall patterns of thought.

 I have no way of understanding what is ahead of us in this country, but I do believe it is directly linked to the spiritual climate we have in the world today.  We cannot change what is going to happen because it is written in the plan that God has put into play for mankind, but what we can do is to simply consider the fact that we need to be as close to the one who has the power and the final word in what happens as is possible. People are not thinking today because they have mostly given themselves over to whatever seems to have the best answers at the time.  Like reeds blowing in the wind, we are waiting to see where the greatest opinion takes us and then we have become joiners instead of thinkers.  In many cases, those who are in Christ have started to do the same things as the rest of this world by allowing themselves to be led by people rather than giving themselves over to the power of God's Spirit to dictate what the real truth is and then stand by that truth.  These days are filled with pearl when it comes to trusting in what is told to you.  We must begin to read for ourselves what God is saying to us.  It is time that we are very careful where we camp out because the enemy is all around us now.  I pray for all of you each and every day.
